An Atlanta Area Quartet


Performance Types

 

 

Most commonly, our performances are of three kinds:

  1. Surprises for a special occasion, directed to a single individual or to just a few people. Most typically, this is done for Valentine's Day, a birthday, Mother's Day, or an anniversary, though any celebration or event such as retirement, a "thinking of you" hospital visit, or a "going away" party is appropriate. The group can present the honoree(s) with a card, a rose, or some other appropriate gifts appropriate to the occasion.

  2. A full program in a large room or auditorium. Such a program typically lasts 25-40 minutes. The group sings a variety of different songs that are intermixed with patter as appropriate. This could be done in a clubhouse, an auditorium, a large living room, a restaurant, or at a convention center.

  3. A strolling performance. This is an unusual approach that always entertains when there are a number of people milling about or seated at tables around a large room. The quartet goes around and entertains the folks, a few at a time.

However, we are flexible, and, if you are thinking along different lines, we would be happy to customize a performance to meet your needs.

We have performed in homes, condos, yards, hotels, restaurants, convention centers, and other venues. We have used microphones and speakers and have performed without any electronic sound enhancement at all.
