An Atlanta Area Quartet


Typical Recent Performances

 

 

Here are some of our performances from the recent past:

  • We sang at public libraries in Johns Creek and in Roswell. (The photo on our home page was taken at one of those performances.)

  • We gave a performance at the Southeastern Flower show at the Cobb Galleria Centre.

  • An 80th birthday party was held at the 57th Fighter Group, a fine Atlanta-area restaurant, and about 75 guests were present. We presented a short program of three songs. ➡

  • We often do performances for church groups at their regular meetings, during the day or in the evening. Examples include groups at Rockmart Baptist Church, St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church, and Peachtree Corners Baptist Church.

  • We also frequently perfrom at senior centers and retirement facilities, such as St. George's Village, Waterford Gardens, Hammond Glen, and the Renaissance on Peachtree.

 
  • ⬅ We did an after-dinner performance at a Christmas party held at Petite Auberge Restaurant (Toco Hills) of an organization of general-aviation pilots. This group numbered about 100 people.

  • We presented another full program in a living room to a support group for the Atlanta Symphony. The applause they received was heart-warming, and they loved being invited to partake of the catered brunch that followed their performance!!
  • We gave a surprise performance for a resident in the Elmcroft Assisted Living facility in the Atlanta area that was attended by most of the residents of that facility. ➡

  • We presented a 35-minute program at a Christmas party of a retirees group from a major automobile manufacturers organization. This event was held at the Atlanta Athletic Club and had about 100 attendees.
  • We gave a full-length performance for the AARP Buckhead Chapter at a December meeting, which was held at a fine Atlanta restaurant.

 

Additionally, around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the group is kept busy traveling around the Atlanta area presenting singing valentines and Mother's Day wishes to grateful and very surprised people.
